I’ve tried a few different jewelers and I have to say the quality and the customer service i received from De Oro and Kevin was the best not only did he take time to explain everything, he was able to inform of the process. I would say if you want quality and detailed work come to De Oro and if you want good customer service with someone that’s going to keep you updated go with Kevin.

I have never been to the store but I always make my purchases over the phone. Camelia was really patient and helpful, she showed me a lot of different options and designs until we got to the style I wanted. I will definitely continue to purchase jewelry because it is very high quality and great customer service.

Hands down the best jewelry store in McAllen Texas Martha. It's a very good communicator. I bought a couple of pieces. I'm located in San Diego. She become my new jeweler. She explain everything to me by the phone. Very professional people. I'm glad that I found them in tiktok

My grandkids bracelets are beautiful in person and way more then what we expected as we ordered them when we went on vacation from Idaho to meet with the best sales person at D’Oro who goes above and beyond for her clients Marta we highly recommend her and will be buying more stuff from you guys in the future also my daughters butterfly ring was beautiful it left us speechless once we received it . They had just shipped us our stuff yesterday afternoon and it was received today just before noon . Thank you to Marta for making us feel extra special ❤️
